Orders can be made online and we offer the following delivery options.
- Free curbside pick-ups from 21 Peter St S. during regular retail hours
- Free local delivery to any address with an L3V postal code
- Calculated shipping rates with Canada Post for deliveries within Canada
If you're looking to place a high volume order or are unable to proceed through checkout, please reach out to our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org to help facilitate your order.
At this time, we are not shipping outside of Canada.
At check out choose local delivery. Your order will be dropped off within 1-2 business days. If you would like your order to be left in a certain place or have the delivery made on a certain date or time, please write a note in the Special Instructions for Seller.
Deliveries to a house will be delivered to your porch. We will ring the doorbell upon arrival and leave the bag in a safe location. At apartment buildings, we will contact your unit upon arrival. Where appropriate, we will leave your order with the concierge.
Unfortunately, we are not able to schedule deliveries for a specific time. If you have paid for delivery for an order and missed the delivery, we will be unable to issue a refund for the delivery. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of a missed delivery, your items will be deemed forfeit and ineligible for a full refund.
We are happy to provide you with access to our discounted business rates. The shipping rate is dependent on the product weight, shipping destination and the delivery speed (you have the choice between Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority).
Shipments will go out with Canada Post Monday to Thursday. Please allow us 2-3 business days to organize and pack up your chocolate for safe travel. You will receive a confirmation once your package has shipped.
By completing your order, you acknowledge that once a package leaves our facility in Orillia, we take no responsibility for any package delays as we have no control over potential delivery issues, including the chocolates being heat- damaged.
Please track your packages carefully and provide a safe place for couriers to leave your box. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered. Please consult your email for tracking information. You can check the status of your package here.
The goal at DWN Chocolate is to completely satisfy all of our customers and work to guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition. However, due to perishability and food safety, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of our items that are not damaged or defective. Should you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can find a proper resolution. Please provide a photo reference if you are able to do so.
Once an order has been placed and processed by DWN Chocolate, it may only be canceled with the consent of DWN Chocolate. Items may be added to processed orders, but additional product and shipping charges will apply. If items are canceled from a processed order, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
