ruby chocolate has returned
The 2026 Ruby chocolate bar uses cocoa beans from the Tabasco region of Mexico. Fruity, tangy, and vibrant, it delivers notes of berries and citrus in its distinct ruby colour.
introducing the Hugo Spritz of chocolate
This new bar infuses cocoa nibs with St-Germain, cocoa butter infused with Canadian mint from Foggy River Farm, and a sparkling pop of candy. Floral, refreshing, and a little playful, it just might be the chocolate equivalent of the drink of the summer.
